Re the article “Are current playground safety standards adequate for preventing arm fractures?”, by Sherker S and Ozanne-Smith J, in the 7 June 2004 issue of the Journal (Med J Aust 2004; 180: 562-565). In Box 2, the slope of the head injury trend was reported as “0.030”. The correct slope should be “–0.030”.

The html and pdf versions of the article published online were corrected on 15 November 2004.
