Pearls of communication

Med J Aust 2005; 183 (3): . || doi: 10.5694/j.1326-5377.2005.tb06947.x
Published online: 13 July 2005

The book is divided into 66 short “chapters”, each of one to three pages. All the chapters deal, almost exclusively, with communication — all the way from patient–doctor communication to the importance of the office receptionist communicating with the patient, and how to handle yourself with the media.
