Re: Adult domiciliary oxygen therapy. Position statement of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand”, by Christine F McDonald, Alan J Crockett and Iven H Young, in the 20 June issue of the Journal (Med J Aust 2005; 182: 621-626). In the section on “Nocturnal oxygen therapy”, the hypoxaemia selection criterion for the study by Chaouat et al (reference 19) on page 623 (column 1) should read “Pao2 56–69 mmHg (7.4–9.2 kPa)” rather than “Pao2 56–59 mmHg (7.4–7.8 kPa)”.
