Persistent unilateral right diaphragmatic palsy following liver transplantation

To the Editor: We describe two liver transplant patients who presented with unexplained dyspnoea and were subsequently found to have unilateral right diaphragmatic palsy, an uncommon complication of orthotopic liver transplantation.1-3
