In “AUSDRISK: an Australian Type 2 Diabetes Risk Assessment Tool based on demographic, lifestyle and simple anthropometric measures” in the 15 February 2010 issue of the Journal (Med J Aust 2010; 192: 197-202), there was an error in the second-last paragraph of the Discussion (page 201). The internet address for the AUSDRISK patient-friendly questionnaire should have been <http://www.bakeridi.edu.au/aus_diabetes_risk>.
