The Medical Journal of Australia (MJA) is Australia’s leading peer-reviewed general medical journal. It has been delivering ground-breaking research to the medical community for nearly 100 years.
Published twice a month, with double issues in January and December (22 issues a year), the MJA covers all the important issues affecting Australian health care, publishing the latest Australian clinical research, evidence-based reviews, clinical practice updates, and authoritative medical opinion and debate.
The MJA is dedicated to keeping you up-to-date with your profession and with wider medical issues. Australian Medical Association (AMA) members receive the print issue of the MJA and have full access to all online MJA articles. Australian medical and health care students may be able to access the MJA via their university or hospital’s institutional licence, and should consult their institution’s librarian for access details. Alternatively a discounted personal student subscription is available for AMA members.
