In this issue of the Journal, the case–control study by Coory et al1 shows that Indigenous people in Queensland are less likely than non-Indigenous people to receive adequate management for lung cancer, even after controlling for geographic location and socioeconomic factors (→ Survival of Indigenous and non-Indigenous Queenslanders after a diagnosis of lung cancer: a matched cohort study).
