In Box 5, an asterisk in the Box title should have attributed Prothombinex-HT to CSL Limited, the manufacturer of all plasma-derived therapeutic products fractionated from Australian plasma.

The error only appeared in the printed edition. The html and pdf versions of the article published in the eMJA were correct on publication.
