Peau d'orange or Fruit of the vine

With the current trend for body-piercing, this photograph, published in the October 1991 issue of the Botobolar Bugle, could be mistaken for a close-up of a punk rocker on a cold day. In fact, it was presented at a clinical meeting with the question, "Is this a known breast disease?".

Botobolar image

To a doctor the picture may resemble peau d'orange, but to the winemakers of Mudgee, NSW, it's a bird's-eye view of Botobolar organic shiraz fermenting in a Potter fermenter.
