Cockroach bladder!

Xray These nasty creepy-crawlies get in everywhere, and some find places where even Mortein can't reach! The cause of this patient's irritable bladder was a wee problem, until air introduced with the indwelling catheter revealed all. A cockroach in the bladder would make anyone irritable.
