MJA Job Share is a free noticeboard facility for doctors who would like to arrange shared working arrangements with other doctors. You can notify specific job share opportunities or register your interest in job sharing so that like-minded doctors or employers can contact you.

You must be listed in The Medical Directory of Australia (MDA) and/or be an AMA member to use this free facility. The AMA and the MDA use the same unique identification number. If you don't know your number, you can obtain it by going to MDA Online and searching for your details. You may need to register if you are a first time visitor. NB: there are no fees or charges for any of these activities.

Conditions of use
Use of this facility is restricted to qualified doctors who are registered to practice in Australia. This includes expatriate doctors who may be returning to Australia. To be eligible to place a notice, doctors must be listed in The Medical Directory of Australia (MDA) and/or be members of the AMA. Users will be asked to provide their MDA identifcation number or AMA member identification number when submitting a notice. Submissions not meet this criterion will not be published.

There is no limit to the number of notices which can be placed.
Notices will expire 30 days following the date of submission.
All notices are checked and may take a day or two before appearing on the site.
Notices may be edited or abridged at our discretion.

NB: Free Job Share notices will only appear online and not in printed editions of MJA Careers. To place a Job Share notice in print, see the Place an ad page for details.

Cancellations
Notices may be cancelled at any time by emailing stewart@ampco.com.au. Include the word "Cancel" by the MJA identification number appearing on the notice in the body of your message.

Publication conditions
All notices submitted to the MJA are subject to editorial approval. Publication of any notice is ultimately at the discretion of the MJA.
