| Most of the articles published by the The Medical Journal of Australia from 1914 to 2001 are not available in electronic format — but they are all available for document delivery.
Single articles cost Australian $25.00 + GST, and can be ordered by telephone (+61 2 9562 6666, ask for the subscriptions co-ordinator) or fax (+61 2 9562 6699) as well as by using the order form below. If credit card payment is not possible, a money order or cheque can be posted to Document delivery orders, AMPCo, Locked Bag 3030, Strawberry Hills NSW 2012, Australia.
Articles can be delivered by fax, post, or by fax and post. If a postal delivery is required, a postage and handling charge of $2 (in Australia) or $4 (overseas delivery) will be added to the cost of the order.
